Opportunities for service around the church, such as teaching church school, ushering, singing in a choir, making or delivering meals for Meals on Wheels, helping with lawn work, or helping to paint a room provide great opportunities to get to know other members and friends. Opportunities to contribute to the life of the church exist to fit almost any interest and schedule.
Fundraising for St Mark at USF
Basketball games at USF have begun. Please consider helping us staff concession stands for home games. This is an important fundraising activity for our congregation! For more information, contact Mike Fleming or Cindy Russell.
Service Opportunities Outside the Church
Our members are involved in volunteering outside the church in a variety of ways. In addition, organizations, like Meals on Wheels and PFLAG which partner with us, there are opportunities to share your time and gifts with the Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO), or possibly with the Boy Scouts, and Templo Cristiano in Dover FL, a predominantly Hispanic church which caters to our area's migrant workers. Our opportunities for service are growing.
